Due to this growth, we are now looking for an additional Programme Director to join our Infrastructure division. This role demands innovative solutions, collaborative behaviours, and unwavering adherence to our company values.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the development of customer, stakeholder and supply chain relationships.
* Ensure contractual compliance and overseeing financial outcomes.
* Establish project execution plans and manage their implementation.
* Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers responsible for large-scale multi-disciplinary teams.
* Liaise and collaborate with senior stakeholders including Customer Project Directors or equivalent.
* Develop commercial strategies in alignment with business targets.
* Conduct regular project reviews encompassing all aspects of project delivery from financials to health & safety considerations.
* Identify future work opportunities through relationship building with customers, suppliers, and industry peers.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Proven Programme or Project Management experience at a senior level with evidence of delivering multi-disciplinary Infrastructure Projects
* Civil Engineering background is essential
* Experience of project managing Rail projects over £100m
* Extensive knowledge of construction contract law, civil engineering techniques, procurement processes, planning and statutory processes
* Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience of leading teams and delivering with inclusion at all times
* Strong customer/client focus with exceptional relationship management abilities
