Sales Administrator
Location: Edinburgh, EH3 8EG
Salary: up to £35k
Contract: Temporary- 12 months
Grafton Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of their busy, leading clients in Edinburgh. You will be supporting a team of sales and presales, offering administrative support to a busy and fast-growing business.
Duties of a Sales Administrator:
* Update Salesforce and other systems with relevant information on sales opportunities and customer orders
* Process Sales Order on Salesforce and on Websupport
* General administration duties, such as filing, scanning, answering calls, emails, queries
* Issuing quotes, processing orders, monitoring order shipments, escalating orders, monitoring stock level
* Manage the administration of the customer licencing process
* Manage the Mobile VideoTrial forms/trial requests
* Managing the customer front end of the chargeable RMA process- you will then confirm whether the repair is chargeable or not, if the customer is out of warranty you will provide the customer with a quotation for the work to be completed
* Management of new sales leads received
Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
* Must have proficient IT knowledge, ability to use all Microsoft offices
* Ability to pick up new systems
* SalesForce experience is desirable, but not essential
* Administration experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise workload, organise and meet agreed deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
