This is a unique partnership between Health and Social care in South Tees with a commitment to working together, improving the quality of our services and getting rid of existing barriers between health and social services.

If you possess initiative, excellent communication and rehabilitation skills and the commitment to make a difference to the health and well-being of the local community, we would like to hear from you.
You will be hard-working, resourceful and resilient. Continuing professional development is actively encouraged and regular support and supervision will be provided by qualified therapists. Participation in service developments and clinical governance is also expected, for which there is good support throughout the Integrated Therapy service to help you develop.
