1. Your tasks will include: Take ownership of lead generation within Germany, mastering the art of the "first touch" to grow the sales pipeline.
Master cold outreach via phone and email, receiving elite training to ensure your communication is impactful and professional.
Step out from behind the desk to engage prospects face-to-face at industry events throughout Germany.
Conduct deep-dive research into target accounts to ensure our sales approach is data-driven and relevant.
Act as the first point of contact for the brand, navigating complex organizations to find and engage the right stakeholders.
Work alongside seasoned sales veterans and marketing pros to refine our "go-to-market" message and find new ways to win.
2. To be a good fit for the Sales Development Representative role, you will have: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Recruitment, Retail, or Hospitality).
