Are you a Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality installations on fast-paced projects?
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing operations team for a Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver high-rise residential fit-out developments across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone based in the West London area who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is ready to take full ownership of site delivery from planning through to handover.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading installations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
* Driving Health & Safety compliance across multiple sites
* Managing labour resourcing to meet demanding project schedules
* Upholding quality control to ensure best-in-class installations
* Scheduling fitter teams using internal IT systems
* Managing snagging and quality assurance close-outs
* Ensuring site teams are fully certified (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS)
👷 Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in kitchen installations
* A confident, clear communicator
* Highly organised and self-driven
* Able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules
* Presentable and professional on and off site
* Full UK driving licence required
