Role & Responsibilities
1. Supporting the design and development of residential, education and later living projects
2. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Architecture during early project stages
3. Contributing to concept design, planning and design development packages
4. Running selected project aspects through later stages where required
5. Coordinating with internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency
6. Assisting with technical detailing and consultant coordination
7. Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
8. Part 3 qualified Architect, ideally with around 3 years’ post Part III experience
9. Experience or strong interest in residential, education or later living projects
10. Exposure to high-end, bespoke residential schemes with quality finishes
11. Design-focused approach with an appreciation for well-considered, practical architecture
12. Community-focused mindset with a passion for the quality and longevity of projects
13. Confident communicator and collaborative team player
14. ArchiCAD experience beneficial
