About the Site Supervisor vacancy: Full-time, permanent Site Supervisor position, joining our growing Civils team. Assist in overseeing site safety and works for our Civils team along Network Rail routes to ensure safe passage for the UK's transportation industry. Based in Kent and operating across Network Rail's infrastructure in Wessex, Kent, and Sussex, requiring a full driving license. As the first point of contact for the team, you'll supervise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, leading and motivating teams while ensuring safe working practices. Proactively liaise with the Works Manager to ensure projects are delivered to client requirements and highest standards. Conduct site audits, inspections, and accurate scoping of works, primarily field-based. About You: Share our company's ethos and values, possessing experience in a similar role within the Rail industry. Hold a full UK driving license and PTS, may hold COSS and SSSTS certification.
