Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Data Center environments.
* Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and dashboards.
* Manage user access, roles, groups, and permission schemes.
* Design and implement Jira automation rules and notifications.
* Support Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
* Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, CI/CD tools, and Confluence.
* Create custom fields, reports, filters, and dashboards based on business requirements.
* Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support/training.
* Perform system upgrades, plugin management, and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to optimize workflows and processes.
* Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.
