Woodsetton School is a warm and friendly school for primary age pupils with moderate and complex cognition and learning difficulties and/or speech, language and communication difficulties. Position: Teaching Assistant (Level 2)
Contract: 32.5 hrs per week / Permanent
Salary: Grade 3 SCP 3

The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant who is caring, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference and helping to improve the learning opportunities for our children.
We are looking for someone who:
1. is a highly effective team player (ideally with experience of working with SEN children)
2. enjoys supporting children and strives for excellence and enjoyment
3. actively supports teaching staff to raise standards
4. believes that every child should be given the opportunity to reach their true potential

6. has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication and time management skills
7. will adhere to and support whole school policies and practices
