As an Assistant Manager, you will be proactive in resolving issues, innovating, and demonstrating loyalty and passion for our customers and team. Partnering with your manager, you'll have opportunities to influence store operations and grow within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing store operations, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
* Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate role model behaviors.
* Assist in driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring policy compliance.
* Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and community partners.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives.
* Manage stock and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
* Educate and train your team on products and customer service.
* Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive team environment.
* Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean store.
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
* Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Adaptability and flexibility in work schedule.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
* Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
