We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bloomfield team in Bangor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store, driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities

* Drive compliance in stock, safety, and processes.
* Bring energy and passion for retail, with ambition to grow into a Store Manager role.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced retail manager in fast‑paced, high‑turnover environments
* Skilled in leading and developing large teams, driving KPIs, and adapting to varied shifts.
* FMCG or big‑box retail experience preferred but not essential.
