This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business thats growing steadily, with long-term opportunities for the right candidate Youll be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), supporting the maintenance and reliability of fast-moving production equipment.
The Role: Carrying out breakdown and preventative maintenance across processing and packing lines Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults quickly Working as part of a small, experienced team to minimise downtime Keeping maintenance records up to date and supporting continuous improvement What You ll Need: Experience working in food manufacturing or FMCG environments NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering A hands-on, can-do approach and good team communication Whats on Offer: Weekly pay 4on 4off rotation
