?? Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator (Excel Confident) ?? Location: Nottingham City Centre ?? Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) ?? Contract: Start ASAP, 3-month initial contract with potential to go permanent ?? Reporting to: Helpdesk Manager About the Role We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team in Nottingham city centre. This role has been created to support new deliverables across our business, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. You'll play a key part in coordinating operations, ensuring smooth communication between technicians, contractors, and internal teams, and keeping everything on track. Key Responsibilities Set up and manage purchase orders and invoices using Excel Coordinate tasks and updates across student accommodation sites Chase up technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of work Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Support the Helpdesk Manager with day-to-day operations Solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds including finance, compliance, administration, helpdesk, or PPM.
