We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist. This role involves working 4-5 days per week, including weekends and midweek shifts.

The Role
We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Receptionists. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising room revenues according to company standards, providing efficient and courteous service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be familiar with daily hotel operations, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly, following company standards.
* Understand and cater to guests’ requirements during check-in and check-out.
* Ensure all cash, charge, float, and till procedures are correctly followed.
* Have a good understanding of hotel services, facilities, and local area to assist guests effectively.
* Attend daily meetings to keep the team updated.
* Maximise sales through up-selling, incentives, and promotions.
* Promptly and courteously handle customer inquiries and booking requests.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
* Operate the telephone system competently and in line with company standards.
Requirements for the Role:
* Experience in a hotel or customer-facing role.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to follow standards and organise effectively.
* Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and enjoy doing so.
* Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
* Proficiency in using phones and computer systems.
