Night Shift

The role:
* You will set the hygiene requirements in order to achieve customer requirements and continuously improve the function on site.
* Reviewing existing practices and the recommendation and implementation of new procedures as appropriate.
* Ensure cleaning operations are conducted in compliance with specifications, meeting cost, quality, productivity and H&S targets.
* You will continually look to develop staff to ensure that staff are fully utilising their skills as well as coach and develop staff to improve individual and team performance.
* You will also drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems.
Your experience:
* We are seeking an individual with experience of leading a hygiene team within a food manufacturing environment.
* You should have a robust knowledge of a range of retail standards and BRC and have a good working knowledge of micro standards and current technical legislation.
* You must be able to show a track record of delivering improvement, effective management and resolution of related issues.
* The ability to lead a team is crucial for this role
