The Role
As a Client Support team member, you will provide key administrative and client service support to Financial Planners, ensuring clients receive a professional, efficient, and personal experience throughout their financial planning journey with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client and Planner Support
* Acting as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients
* Preparing files, valuations and documentation for client meetings and reviews
* Processing new business and ongoing servicing across pensions, investments, protection and life products
* Liaising with providers, insurers and third parties
* Supporting Financial Planner diaries and workflow management
Compliance and Administration
* Ensuring client files and transactions meet internal procedures
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Supporting ongoing servicing and responding to client queries
The role supports high standards of service, compliance and client outcomes in line with Consumer Duty principles.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys delivering excellent client service.
You will ideally have:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, ideally supporting Financial Planners
* Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
* Experience using investment platforms and financial planning systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good IT and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
* Certificate in Financial Services Administration or working towards Certificate in Financial Planning
* RO1 or equivalent desirable but not essential
