About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for matching skilled candidates to a wide range of client vacancies across multiple sectors. You'll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. You'll also work closely with our established recruitment team and report directly to the Branch Manager. What You'll Do Sales & Business Development Generate new business and identify client leads Meet KPIs and gross profit targets Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and support on tenders Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain relationships Client Relationship Management Manage client vacancies and provide on-site support when needed Deliver market insight and benchmarking for salary, candidate availability, and hiring trends Present client reports, gather feedback, and attend networking events Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Source, register, and pre-screen candidates Prepare and support candidates through the recruitment process Match CVs to roles, manage job offers, and negotiate terms Advise candidates on career progression, salaries, and training Quality & Compliance Maintain accurate records on the CRM Conduct vetting, ID checks, reference checks, and payroll support Mentor junior staff and deputise for the Branch Manager when required Ensure compliance with legislative and internal standards What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Target-driven with excellent communication and organisational skills Confident working independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with a strong ability to build relationships Experienced in recruitment (desirable but not essential) Why Join Us?
