Our client, a leading business in the Travel sector is seeking an Admin Team Leader to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth, this is a newly-created role for an Admin Team Leader to join a thriving business, where you will be overseeing and managing a team of 4 Administrators, ensuring a high level of performance and team morale whilst also getting stuck into various high-level administrative tasks within the business.
This is the ideal role for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing or leading a team, who is looking to develop and progress their career utilising their management experience in a new field in a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the effective day-to-day running of the administration department
- Manage the operational function in order to optimize staff performance and output
- Ensure processes are in place and routinely used to monitor the quality of work
- Identify, raise and solve issues with the Operations Manager and Fulfillment Director
- Hold regular meetings with the team to share knowledge, feedback and identify priorities
- Maintain a positive working environment amongst team members
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
