At Constellia, we are on an exciting growth journey, and were looking for an experienced Head of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to lead, develop and embed our SRM strategy. This is a pivotal role in shaping how we work with our diverse supply base, driving supplier performance, social value, and category growth, while ensuring Constellia continues to be the marketplace of choice for our clients and suppliers alike. About the Role The Head of SRM will: Develop and embed the overarching SRM strategy to support Constellias growth aspirations. Build, nurture, and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring our marketplace continues to expand across multiple categories and geographies. Ensure supplier performance, delivery and governance standards meet the highest standards, including compliance with legislation, ESG and Modern Slavery requirements. Work closely with the Social Value Manager to embed social value into supplier relationships and contracts. Partner with colleagues across operations, procurement, marketing and sales to align supplier activity with organisational objectives and revenue growth. Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement, proactive risk management and data-led decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead supplier engagement and onboarding, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and attractive to new suppliers. Drive commercialisation of the marketplace with value-added products and services. Implement supplier segmentation strategies to manage and grow the supply chain effectively. Ensure suppliers understand Constellias and clients operational models and requirements. Design, implement and review supply chain audits and risk management frameworks. Represent Constellia at management meetings, presenting key performance updates and insights. About You We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional with significant procurement and/or supplier relationship management experience, ideally within professional services. Youll bring: A proven track record of supplier relationship management and supply chain growth. Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience. The ability to work at pace, multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Experience using procurement software, P2P systems, and data tools such as Power BI. A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence at all levels. Knowledge of public sector procurement (desirable). Qualifications Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) and/or CIPS Level 4 (minimum).
