Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will build excellent rapport with clients, delivering first-class experiences every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Introducing new business and building local community alliances through active networking
* Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
* Building strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data accuracy
* Managing the sale of a property from viewing to closing
* Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks
Skills Required:
* At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Listing and/or valuation experience
* Excellent sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Negotiation skills
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
* Responsiveness to change
