A brief description of the role
An enthusiastic Registered General Nurse (RGN) is needed to work in a low-security setting caring for adults with mental health diagnoses and/or learning disabilities. As part of a multidisciplinary team across both main services and step-down services, you will play a key role in supporting patients' recovery, wellbeing, and independence.

Roles and responsibilities
* In accordance with NMC standards, provide safe and high-quality nursing care to patients.
* Develop, plan, and implement an individualized care plan in partnership with patients, their families, and caregivers.
* Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing for the patient by serving as the patient's named nurse.
* The patient's needs and progress should be observed, monitored, and evaluated.
* Promote independence by providing therapeutic activities and day-to-day support.
* Document and maintain accurate records.
Minimum requirements
* An active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
* At least one Years of working experience as a Nurse post NMC registration.
* Knowledge of NMC guidelines and commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Resilient, empathetic, and flexible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
