As part of a multidisciplinary team across both main services and step-down services, you will play a key role in supporting patients' recovery, wellbeing, and independence. Roles and responsibilities In accordance with NMC standards, provide safe and high-quality nursing care to patients. Develop, plan, and implement an individualized care plan in partnership with patients, their families, and caregivers. Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing for the patient by serving as the patient's named nurse. The patient's needs and progress should be observed, monitored, and evaluated. Promote independence by providing therapeutic activities and day-to-day support. Document and maintain accurate records. Minimum requirements An active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). At least one Years of working experience as a Nurse post NMC registration.
