A well-established regional construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of projects across the South Coast, operating from a Portsmouth base. The role will involve working on 2–3 live projects at a time, with individual values up to £7m, across commercial, industrial, education, and retirement living sectors. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the Contract Manager and site teams.
