Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting equipment with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Mobile Field Service Technicia to support our customers with all Grove products.
Mani activities in the Role
* To provide field-based service support for all Grove mobile crane products within the UK.
* Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
* Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
* Provide technical support when new machines are delivered
To be successful in this role
* Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical.
* Crane experience essential.
* Full UK driving license
* Customer Focus
* Proactivity / Problem Solving
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Fluent in English
* Available to frequently travel across UK
