Job Description
3. Providing strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of residential, leisure, and healthcare projects and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
4. Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the residential, leisure, and healthcare sectors.
5. Taking a leading role in the development and implementation of project strategies and delivery plans tailored to non-office based projects.
6. Overseeing the preparation and management of significant project budgets and timelines for residential, leisure, and healthcare projects, ensuring robust financial control and efficient resource allocation.
7. Championing and implementing project management best practices, standards, and innovative solutions within the team.
8. Providing line management and mentorship to Project Managers and other team members, fostering their professional development.
9. Leading contract administration processes throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Providing high-level project reporting and updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
The Successful Applicant
11. Significant experience (6+ years) in a Project Management role within the construction sector, ideally with exposure to residential, leisure, and/or healthcare projects.
12. A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering non-office based projects from inception to completion.
13. Experience operating at a Senior Project Manager level, with a clear ambition and drive to step up into an Associate Director position.
14. Some experience of primitive line management responsibilities.
15. Strong understanding and practical application of contract administration.
16. A vibrant, outgoing, and dynamic personality, comfortable working within a young and energetic team environment.
17. Ideally MRICS or other relevant professional chartership (candidates with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience will also be considered).
18. Must have strong post-contract project management experience. Pre-construction focused candidates will not be suitable.
