Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional support? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry? If so, our client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their team and make a positive impact on their customers' experience.

Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Contract Length: 4 weeks (potential to be extended)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £11.79 an hour + Office Angels Benefits

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Location: Leeds City Centre. Hybrid role once fully trained up.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and offering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with the wider team to ensure timely delivery.
* Assisting with after-sales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge about their products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Call-handling experience is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine desire to help customers.
