Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organised Telesales Agent to support our sales team in a dynamic business-to-business (B2B) environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing client relationships, assisting with telemarketing activities, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, be organised, have a passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer service. Fluency in English, is essential to effectively communicate with potential customers as well as serve our existing customer base. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products and services, and preparing and maintaining data. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales, communication, and client management within a professional setting. Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services effectively. Assist with managing and updating client information within Zoho and other CRM software platforms. Support the sales team by preparing relevant documentation, reports, and follow-up communications. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish to engage with diverse clients. Maintain organised records of interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up. Collaborate with team members to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth sales operations. Qualifications Proven experience or familiarity with B2B sales and telemarketing techniques. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in CRM management or sales support roles is advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to enhance their sales capabilities while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Fluent English This role offers an opportunity for individuals with telesales or sales experience eager to develop their expertise within a small team. Basic salary plus commission (OTE).
