What you’ll be doing

1. Works as part of a delivery team within a squad, supporting specific activities in the product lifecycle for interventions that drive and enhance colleague experiences across BT Group.
2. Supports the product owner on individual products or parts of a larger portfolio and supports in managing a multifunctional delivery team which can include external suppliers.
3. Works closely with key stakeholders to identify customer needs and translating them into product requirements and user stories.
4. Leads on the definition, scoping, design, development, deployment and facilitation of learning and capability interventions.
5. Continuously gathers feedback from end-users and stakeholders to refine products that are value-add and customer-centric.
6. Identifies and leverages qualitative and quantative data and analytics to support the tracking of objectives, products outcomes and impact of learning interventions.
7. Measures, monitors and analyses the outcomes and impact of learning products.
8. Designs and develops products keeping a commercial focus, assessing cost and value drivers, developing cost-effective solutions; manages product delivery in budget and reviewing return on investment.
9. Provides expert facilitation of experiences, or facilitation advice, to a variety of audiences focused on capability uplift.
10. Provides individual and group coaching as part of a product offer.
11. Provides expertise in behavioural and capability development, alongside deep insights into current theory, best practices, and research, to design and facilitate impactful learning products that drive performance and create meaningful shifts in capability.

The Skills you'll need

12. Learning Design, including Digital: Expert at designing and developing learning interventions using best practice methods, including digital solutions, to create efficient and effective learning experience.
13. Learning Evaluation: Defines, measures and interprets learning impact in relation to the organisation’s performance objectives or expectations using a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
14. Agile Methodologies: Manages projects by dividing tasks into short phases of work (known as sprints) and frequently reassess and adapt plans.
15. Behavioural Change: familiar with behavioural science and behavioural change management.
16. Project/Programme Management: Handles a project or portfolio of projects as they progress through the typical stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution and closure.
17. Stakeholder Management: Organises, monitors and improves relationships with stakeholders.
18. Relationship Building: Connects with others and forming positive relationships.
19. Data Analysis: Collects and interprets data in order to uncover patterns and trends.
20. Continuous Improvement: Continuously thrives to improve products, services, or processes.
21. Risk Management: Identifies, evaluates and manages risks by developing and implementing strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures and practices.
22. Commercial Acumen: Possesses knowledge of critical business concepts relevant to the business unit and demonstrates ability to use deep business knowledge to inform decision-making.
