We are currently working with a leading 3PL logistics organisation with sites across the UK. This role will be responsible for a business unit that spans three sites across Northamptonshire.
We are actively recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their extensive team on a permanent basis. This is a truly generalist HR Business Partner position bringing that happy mis of operational support and strategic projects.
Roll out a needs analysis with senior stakeholders to understand the demand and challenges from the business unit.
Manage complex ER casework with the support of the wider HR function.
Partner closely with the Talent function and support on local recruitment needs.
Plan and roll out strategic projects based on the wider business goals and changes.
Support on succession planning, talent management, HR policies, HR data reporting and recruitment.
The successful candidate for the HR Business Partner opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
Previous experience operating at business partner level - ideally within a logistics or FMCG or Manufacturing
Understanding or experience with TUPE, Union negotiations and HR business change projects
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 - Human Resources and Personnel
