elThe Head of Creative Services will lead the end-to-end creative services function, drive process implementation, oversee and facilitate workflow, production and delivery of global campaigns and content initiatives. This role ensures that creative ambition is matched by operational excellence bringing campaigns from concept through to launch seamlessly across owned, earned and paid channel

* on.Establish and maintain production calendars aligned to seasonal milestones and commercial prioriti
* es.Introduce workflow optimisation tools and reporting systems to improve transparency and accountabili
* ty.Develop and manage RACI frameworks for campaign signoffs and approva

Campaign & Content Produc
* tionLead in-house production of global campaigns and brand content, ensuring excellence from concept to deliv
* ery.Manage all stages of production: pre-production, shoot execution, post-production, retouching, adaptation and asset deliv
* ery.Oversee budget planning and cost control across all producti
* ons.Ensure all assets meet luxury production standards and align with brand guideli
* nes.Supervise content versioning and localisation for regional mark

External Production Manag
* ementSelect and manage external production companies, photographers, directors, creative partners and ven
* dors.Negotiate contracts and production budgets to maximise quality and effici

360° Launch & Channel Integ
* rationPartner closely with channel owners (Retail, E-commerce, Social, CRM, Wholesale, PR, VM) to ensure creative plans are shared early and integrated seaml
* essly.Coordinate launch planning timelines across all touchpoints, ensuring assets are delivered in line with go-to-market miles
* tones.Work with Marketing to supply comprehensive creative guidelines and toolkits to enable effective 360° launch execution glo
* bally.Ensure creative consistency across paid media, organic social, in-store, digital platforms and experiential activa
* tions.Support adaptation of global campaigns into performance marketing formats without compromising brand e
quity.
