Description Our busy clinic in Christchurch is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a passion for vocational rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary team and support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. This role is suited to clinicians with a minimum of 3 years’ NZ experience who are confident in their practice and able to hit the ground running. You’ll bring experience in the vocational rehab space and enjoy working across a varied caseload. While the focus of this role is vocational rehabilitation, you’ll also have the opportunity to work across concussion and social rehabilitation contracts, providing great variety and ongoing development. Main responsibilities: Deliver vocational rehabilitation services, supporting clients to return to and remain in work Complete functional and cognitive assessments across a varied caseload Assess and treat clients to achieve independence and improved wellbeing Collaborate with a large, supportive multidisciplinary team Prepare high-quality client reports outlining abilities, goals, and interventions Effectively manage your diary to ensure efficient and client-focused care About the team: You’ll be joining a large, multidisciplinary team that is both highly supportive and social.
