Replenishment Manager – Camberley
We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Camberley! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork. This is a permanent, full‑time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
* Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
* Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety
* Support promotional and seasonal activities
* Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
* Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
Qualifications
* Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A hands‑on leader with a proactive, can‑do attitude
* Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑moving environment
* A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
