We’re working with a long-established and reputable main contractor who are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major high-end residential conversion project on the South Coast.
The role involves taking full responsibility for a landmark development, converting a large, historic building into luxury apartments across multiple phases—each valued at approximately £30 million.
This is a flagship project with heritage value and complexity, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a proven track record delivering high-value refurbishments, conversions or listed building works.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Take full project ownership from start to finish
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships
*
Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards
*
Oversee health & safety, compliance and reporting
*
Coordinate with commercial, technical and design teams
🧱 What We're Looking For:
*
Extensive experience managing major residential or mixed-use builds
*
Strong background in high-end refurbishment or heritage conversions
*
Proven track record on projects £20m+
*
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and relevant qualifications
*
Excellent communication and leadership ability
