Trainee Salary - £12.00 - £14.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience (with progression opportunities).
Experienced Salary: £14.00 - £17.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience (with progression opportunities).
Location: Wickford, Essex, SS11.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Office Based 45 Hours Per Week).

The company are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Joinery Production Planner with an NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Carpentry & Joinery to join their office-based production team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within Bench Joinery looking to progress their career although no prior office experience needed as the company will provide full training in technical drawing interpretation and cutting list production.
About The Role
•Interpret technical drawings and specifications
•Produce accurate cutting sheets for production
•Ensure materials are optimised for minimal waste
•Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
As a Trainee Production Planner, you'll learn:
•How to read and interpret technical joinery drawings
•Creating accurate cutting lists and material schedules
•Optimising material usage to minimise waste
•Using industry software (training provided)
•Liaising between designers and the workshop team
Candidate Requirements:
•NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Carpentry & Joinery (essential)
•Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
•Basic computer skills (full software training provided)
•Ability to read technical drawings (training given)
•Organised and methodical approach to work
