This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

The Role

Kinross College is seeking to appoint a Science - Physics Teacher and teachers at all stages of their career including new graduates and soon to be graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will ideally specialise in the Physics curriculum, and work as part of a collaborative Science team that is friendly and supportive. The Successful applicant should ideally have proven abilities in developing teaching and learning programs, and instructional skills that facilitate improved student outcomes using quality data sources.

Kinross College incorporates a model of Explicit Instruction as our chosen pedagogy; with a school wide professional learning program in place. The successful applicant should be willing to engage in this model. All our staff deliver explicit teaching strategies and utilise formative assessment and data analysis to provide quality and effective teaching practices that target students’ needs.
