Service Desk Analyst - Leeds (100% onsite, 5 days a week) - £25,000 – £35,000 + up to 20% bonus
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in IT.
You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support. With strong progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow quickly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business
* Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment
* Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access
* Supporting users with:
* Windows and Mac OS
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* VPN connectivity
* Mobile devices
* Managing tickets via ServiceNow
* Supporting device management using Jamf
* Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction
* Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
* Strong knowledge ideally of the following:
* Windows OS and Mac
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
* VPN troubleshooting
* Mobile device support
* Jamf (desirable)
* AzureAD/
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
