We are seeking a Publishing Assistant to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Kent area for an initial 12 month contract. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of the publishing portfolio. As a Publishing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various publishing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion to challenging deadlines.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Publishing Assistant will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As a Publishing Assistant, you will support publishing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion to challenging deadlines.
2. As a Publishing Assistant, you will collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of the portfolio.
3.As a Publishing Assistant, you willassist in the future delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
4. As a Publishing Assistant, you willmaintain and update documentation to support system changes, training, and user adoption.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Publishing Assistant we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in publishing or regulatory environments.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Adobe, ISI toolbox, MS Excel, Lorenz, and RIM systems.
