What You'll Be Doing
* Lending a hand to teachers with lesson delivery.
* Providing support to pupils one-on-one and in small groups.
* Assisting with classroom management to create a happy, positive place.
* Getting learning resources and materials prepared and organised.
* Supervising pupils during school time and breaks.
* Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress.
* Working as a team with other staff members to support the school.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a go-getter who really cares about helping kids grow! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or equivalent experience.
* At least 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.
* The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* A deep understanding of primary education and child development.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
* A commitment to working well with a team.
* A firm commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
