Salary: A GBP 70,000 + Bonus
My client is a fantastic Luxury restaurant and hotel group who deliver incredible experiences for their guests. We are on the hunt for a fantastic Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background of working in unique venues or high-end catering, with a real passion for developing teams. Must have that luxury element on the cv and lead a team of 10 people
Key Responsibilities
* Accountability for sales performance across all teams and venues
* Nurture and develop current existing client base, whilst proactively targeting new clients
* Recruit, train and develop the sales team
* Maximising profit from sales
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business
* Analysing data to create a pricing strategy
* Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
* Create and implement a sales and marketing strategy
* Ensure the team are following all sales processes to drive efficiency and sales
Skills And Experience
* A proven track record leading sales teams from an events or hospitality background
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Results driven
* Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
* Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team
* Excellent industry knowledge
* A strong work ethic. You will lead by example
