EYFS Teacher - Trowbridge
We are recruiting for a well-regarded 2-form entry primary school in Trowbridge, who are seeking an EYFS Teacher to join their team for maternity cover. The role will start at the beginning of Term 2 and run until the end of the academic year. The school is known for its supportive environment, inclusion at the heart of everything they do, and a welcoming, caring approach that positively impacts children’s learning and confidence.
Responsibilities
* EYFS Teacher role with planning responsibilities
* Full-time preferred, but job share will be considered
* Contract from November 2025 until July 2026
* Paid to scale
Ideal Candidate
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to undergo the process)
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for overseas candidates, ENIC recognition and right to work are required)
* Be a reflective, empathetic, and engaging practitioner, passionate about making a real impact on pupils’ lives
* Have high expectations for every pupil, with confidence in using effective classroom management strategies
* Build strong rapport with students, staff, and the wider school community
