We’re seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Client Solutions Operations team.
This role is customer service-oriented, requiring you to balance client needs with managing a varied workload. You will handle multiple queries daily, ensuring timely responses to support advisers in achieving the best outcomes for their clients.
You will also be responsible for identifying areas where controls can be improved, assisting in designing and implementing these improvements to better serve our clients and protect their assets. Understanding the implications of your actions within our risk framework is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Servicing clients by applying money, handling queries, processing transfers, and managing pension inquiries.
2. Supporting various functions across the department as needed.
3. Sharing your knowledge with the user operations team and broader business.
4. Ensuring smooth operation of processes, identifying improvements, and enhancing the customer journey.
