Job Title: Administrator - Data and Student RecordsSalary: Commencing at £26,958 with progression to £28,541 per annumClosing Date: 2025-12-14About the RoleAs an Administrator - Data and Student Records, you’ll play a key role within our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the accuracy and upkeep of student data across University Centre Leeds (UCLeeds). You’ll help maintain and monitor records for our HE, FE and Apprenticeship students across multiple systems, including Tribal: SITS and ProSuite, ensuring information is always up-to-date and reliable.Your work will be essential in making sure our data is accurate and ready for both internal use and statutory reporting, helping us deliver a smooth and compliant student experience.What You Will DoHelp maintain and monitor accurate student data across HE, FE and Apprenticeships, using a solutions-focused approach to meet UCLeeds’ data needs. Support the accurate administration and reporting of key data sets, including retention, achievement, completion and continuation.Help manage the student lifecycle at UCLeeds by processing change requests, transfers, withdrawals, suspensions and repeat years, while also supporting core administrative tasks like timetabling and keeping accurate registers.Keep track of student progression and graduate destination data, ensuring it’s accurately administered and reported when needed.About YouExperience in using a range of IT systems and databases, with an ability to produce reports.
