Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in North London. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff position, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets.

* Knowledge of health and safety standards in the food industry
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

* Previous experience in a fast-food environment is a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
