Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £37,500 + Bonus
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Permanent
A great opportunity for a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or existing Deputy Manager looking to step into a leadership role within a growing organisation.
The Role
* Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and regulatory compliance.
* Lead, mentor and develop the staff team.
* Promote trauma?informed, outcome?focused care.
* Work collaboratively with therapeutic professionals.
* Ensure safe, consistent and high?quality practice across the home.
What We're Looking For
* QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including shift leadership.
* Full manual UK driving licence (6 points or fewer).
* Confident communicator with natural leadership ability.
* Passion for supporting young people and developing others.
* Must be 21+ (regulatory requirement).
