Purpose of the Role
To support and assist the Retail & Leisure Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
* Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical sectors
* Preparing detailed reports
* Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation
Working Relationships and Contacts
This person will be working closely with the Retail & Leisure Director of valuations on a daily basis with the key goal to complete Valuation work for a strong client base.
The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external Client meetings to help build their own client/contact base and help generate business for the team.

Person Specification
Skills and Experience
* A RICS accredited Real Estate degree; Essential
* Hold a valid UK Driving License; Essential
* Report writing skills; Essential
* Previous work experience within Valuation; Desirable
* Previous experience working within professional services; Desirable
