THE ROLE:
* You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.
* Lead and supervise a high-performing Private Client team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development
* Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration
* Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
* Candidates need to have knowledge of inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, and experience in drafting and administering trusts and settlements
* Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems
