At Trinity Claims, we’re building a culture of continuous improvement — and we’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to keep our processes running smoothly.

This role is all about organisation, detail, and supporting our people through excellent administration. You’ll play a key role in coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our compliance documentation is always up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing


* Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including booking rooms and preparing materials
* Maintaining accurate employee training records and managing document version control
* Producing and updating compliance-related documentation
* Generating reports to track training progress and compliance completion
* Handling inboxes, queries, and requests relating to training and compliance
* Liaising with internal teams and external training providers to confirm arrangements
* Supporting the wider compliance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, team-focused approach
* Experience in training administration, learning & development, or compliance (desirable)
* Previous experience in the insurance sector (desirable)
