Your new roleIn this leadership role, you'll oversee sales and operations in your region, working closely with both local and global teams. Your focus will be on driving strategy, managing performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
* Lead sales strategy, pipeline, and performance tracking, including monthly revenue and EBITA reviews
* Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance
* Collaborate across global teams to align product, operations, customer service, and R&D.
* Drive harmonisation of processes and adoption of new services and products
* Oversee direct reports and support HR processes like salary reviews
* Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Develop and execute the business unit's sales strategy
* Manage sales forecasting and pipeline through CRM tools
