Required Skills:?
* VMware expertise: 5+ years hands-on experience with ESXi and vCenter in enterprise environments.
* Deep knowledge of DRS, HA, Distributed Switches, Content Libraries, and ESXi lifecycle.
* Scripting: PowerCLI, PowerShell, and some Terraform.
* Networking, storage, and server fundamentals.
* Familiarity with other hypervisors (KVM, KubeVirt, OpenShift).
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
