This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work closely with the firm’s Partner, supporting an expanding Private Client department and handling a varied and rewarding caseload. Key Responsibilities Managing a broad caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration. Conducting client onboarding and ensuring all compliance procedures are met. Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate planning documentation. Handling complex probate cases, including those involving trusts and foreign assets. Preparing tax returns, Deeds of Variation, and other associated legal documents. Providing tailored advice on inheritance tax and wealth preservation. Liaising professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties throughout each matter. Maintaining accurate records and documentation using a modern case management system. About You: We’re looking for a confident and approachable solicitor who takes pride in providing an exceptional standard of client service. You’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your workload effectively. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ Private Client experience. Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration. Competent IT skills and experience with case management systems. A proactive, organised, and professional approach to client work. Desire to grow within a progressive firm and take on greater responsibility over time.
