Role Purpose:
As a Collections and Recoveries Advisor, you'll take responsibility for supporting customers facing difficulties in meeting their home finance payments. You'll help design and implement special servicing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - all while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and customer correspondence promptly and professionally
Build strong customer relationships by actively listening and resolving queries or complaints quickly and effectively
Clearly explain policies and procedures with empathy and patience
Monitor customer cases, track payments, issue correspondence, and liaise with third parties as needed
Identify issues early and escalate where necessary
What You'll Bring:
Experience in banking/home finance and arrears handling (desirable)
Customer service experience in a regulated environment (desirable)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent PC and written skills
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
